1.WATER  It is very necessary to hydrate your body before workout  any exercise If your body is not lightweight then you will get tired very soon, so water must be eaten before the gym  If you workout, your sweat is very much inside the house or in the gym, so we must drink at least one glass of 2 glasses of water before doing the gym or before workout, about 15 minutes  and  If you also do workouts inside the gym, then within 1 to 7 minutes you must drink 1 glass of water

2. Boiled potato Yu can eat it 30 minutes before goiong to the gym  You can eat it 30 minutes before going to the gym Potassium is also very much like banana in it  If you eat it, then you will be stored in a variety of energy stores and it will do a lot of heple to you in the gym.

3. Caffeine  I forbid you to drink tea, you can work out of your coffee or coffee drink, drink coffee and keep stamina for 5 to 6 hours inside your body.

4. Fruit and Yoghurt It takes 30 to 40 minutes to digest food in our body  So you have to eat apple, grapes and also eat fruit Which will have more stemina and energy in your body so that you can do a workout well And you eat all of this 30 to 35 minutes before workout

5. Banana  You eat bananas 30 minutes before work out  If you eat two bananas, then you get so much energy that you can do 1 hour workout comfortably, so I have to say that you must eat banana before workout.
